Any pages that require you to enter personal information including your credit card information are encrypted using the most advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. The inventory you view online is the same you can see in our store, and it is synchronized every few minutes. In the unlikely event that you order something online that has sold out in the few minutes since the last update, your credit card will not be charged, and you will be contacted about alternative options.
Please see our shipping rates here. We pride ourselves in providing fast and professional shipping. We use FedEx ensured trackable shipping only. After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from FedEx.
If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a seperate order for each destination.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We can unfortunately not accept Paypal, money orders, cash, or checks. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is in a box and ready to ship.

You will be charged Texas sales tax at 8% for orders delivered to Texas.
Should you need to return an item to heavensentonline.com, you may do so within 14 days of reciept. You may return unused items in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund. Used items and personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

| • | Indicate if you prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by noting the brand, description, color, size and quantity. |
| • | Pack and seal the return securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid - we cannot accept C.O.D.'s. Please use insured shipping since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. |
| • | All items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached. If tags are removed or the item is used, the return will not be accepted. |
